Understanding the Conversation
Blue messages (on the right) are messages you've sent (including automations sent on your behalf).
Gray messages (on the left) are messages received from your contact.
Start a New Text Message
There are two ways to start a new conversation:
Tap the green + button at the bottom of the Conversations screen.
Tap the green conversation bubbles in the upper-right corner.
Both options open the same message composer.
Option 1: Send a Text Template
Using a template makes it easy to send frequently used messages.
Tap Choose Text Template.
Search for the template by name (for example, Beauty Buzz).
Select the template you'd like to use.
Choose who you'd like to send it to:
An individual contact(s)
A contact list
Tap the Paper Airplane icon to send immediately, or the Clock icon to schedule it.
Popular PinkSuccess Contact Lists
If you're a PinkSuccess client, some commonly used contact lists include:
PS Unit
PS Customer
PS Current PCP
Simply begin typing the list name to find it quickly.
Option 2: Create a Custom Text Message
If you don't need a template, you can write your own message.
Open a new message.
Tap the Text Message field.
Type your message.
Personalize Your Message (Recommended)
If you're sending to a contact list or multiple recipients, we recommend including the recipient's first name.
Tap the + icon.
Select Merge Tag.
Choose First Name under Standard Fields.
Personalized messages often improve carrier deliverability and create a better experience for your recipients.
Add More to Your Message
You can also tap the + icon to add:
Images
Videos
Audio recordings
Emojis
When you're finished, tap:
Paper Airplane to send now
Clock to schedule the message
