Watch the video below for a complete walkthrough.

Method 1: Use the Send Text Button

The quickest way to send a new text message is from the green Send Text button at the top of your screen.

  1. Log in to app.vipecloud.com.

  2. Click the green Send Text button at the top of the screen.

  3. Choose one of the following:

    • Use a Text Template

    • Write a New Message

Option 1: Send a Text Template

Using a template saves time and ensures consistent messaging.

  1. Click Text Template.

  2. Search for the template by name (for example, Beauty Buzz).

  3. Select the template you'd like to use.

  4. Choose who you'd like to send it to:

    • An individual contact

    • Multiple contacts

    • A contact list

  5. Choose whether to:

    • Send Now

    • Schedule the message for a future date and time

Option 2: Write a Custom Text Message

You can also create a message from scratch.

  1. Leave the template field blank.

  2. Type your message.

  3. (Recommended) Personalize it by inserting the recipient's First Name:

    • Click the Tag icon.

    • Select Standard Fields → First Name.

Personalized messages often help improve carrier deliverability and create a better experience for your recipients.

  1. Select your recipient(s) or contact list.

  2. Choose Send Now or Schedule.

Good to Know: If you send a message to multiple individual contacts, each person receives it as a separate one-on-one conversation. They will not see the other recipients.

Note: Custom messages sent this way are not automatically saved as templates. If you'd like to reuse a message in the future, see our How to Create a Text Template article.

Method 2: Send a Text from Conversations

The Conversations area lets you reply to existing text conversations or start a new one.

  1. Click the Conversations (speech bubbles) icon at the top of the screen.

  2. To start a new conversation:

    • Click the green + button near the bottom.

    • Create your message just as you would using the Send Text button.

  3. To reply to an existing conversation:

    • Select the conversation.

    • Type your reply in the message box or click the + to add a text template, image, video, etc.

    • Click the Paper Airplane icon to send immediately.

    • Or click the Clock icon to schedule your reply.

Managing Your Conversations

To make it easier to keep up with replies:

  • Use the Search box to find a specific contact.

  • Filter your conversations to show:

    • All Conversations

    • Unread Conversations

  • We recommend setting the conversation sort order to Recent Inbound so new incoming messages appear at the top of your list.
