Create Your Own Text Template
If you regularly send the same message (such as meeting reminders, customer follow-ups, or event invitations), creating a text template allows you to reuse it anytime.
To create a new text template:
Click the Conversations (speech bubble) icon on the left side menu.
Select Text from the drop-down menu.
Click Templates.
Click the green Create Template button.
Enter a Template Name.
Type your message.
(Optional) Add an image.
Click Create Template.
Your new template is now saved and ready to use whenever you send a text message.
Use a Saved Text Template
Once you've created a template, you can insert it into a new text message in just a few clicks.
Start a new text message.
Select Choose Text Template.
Search for or select the template you'd like to use.
Choose your recipient (an individual contact or a contact list).
Send the message immediately or schedule it for later.
Tip: Recently created templates often appear near the top of the template list, making them easy to find.
Use PinkSuccess Text Templates
PinkSuccess provides a variety of ready-to-use text templates for common announcements and reminders.
To use a PinkSuccess template:
Start a new text message.
Select Choose Text Template.
Search for the template by name (for example, PCP).
Select the template.
Choose the contact or contact list you'd like to send it to.
Send the message immediately or schedule it for later.
Note: Some PinkSuccess templates are provided for your convenience but are not automatically sent as part of your services. This allows you to decide whether you'd like to send them to all of your contacts, a specific contact list, or just a few individuals.
Tips for Using Text Templates
Create templates for messages you send repeatedly, such as meeting reminders or monthly updates.
Give your templates clear, searchable names so they're easy to find later.
Add an image to make your messages more engaging when appropriate.
Use contact lists to quickly send a template to multiple recipients.
