How to Set Up a MyPink Card Keyword Automation

Make sharing your MyPink Card easy with a VipeCloud keyword automation! A new lead can text a keyword to your VipeCloud number and automatically receive your MyPink Card link. You can even have VipeCloud capture their name for future follow-up.

VipeCloud has pre-created MyPink Card templates and series ready for you to use:

• Single Text: Immediately sends your MyPink Card link and asks the lead for their name.

• Follow-Up Series: Sends your MyPink Card immediately, followed by additional messages on Days 2 and 5.

You can find the available MyPink Card text templates by looking at Text Templates > Shared With Me > Customers > My Pink Card. There are options for Event Follow-Up and Nice to Meet You/Warm Chat leads.

When creating your keyword:

• Select Entire inbound text matches keyword so your automation doesn't accidentally trigger during a normal conversation.

• We recommend sending the first message immediately without a delay.

• The provided templates already include your MyPink Card link and name capture.

The video also walks you through creating a QR code for your keyword. When someone scans it, their phone opens a text to your VipeCloud number with your keyword already entered—they simply press Send!
