Edit or Cancel a Series for a Contact
If a contact is currently receiving a series (automation) and you need to make changes—or stop it entirely—there are two ways to complete this. You can either cancel it directly from the individual contact’s profile, or you can view all active series and cancel it from there.

How to Edit or Cancel a Series from a Contact
You want to view your contact. There are multiple ways to do this:
When viewing the conversation with the contact
Searching for the contact in the search bar at the top of the VipeCloud page
Going to the Contacts section and searching for the contact
Once you have found your contact click on the eyeball icon for a quick view
Scroll down until you see the section Series - this is where you will see any scheduled, in progress, or completed series for this contact.
Click the 3 dots to the right of the series you want to edit or cancel
Select edit if you just want to remove a step(s) in the series
Select cancel if you want to stop the series completely

How to Edit or Cancel a Series from the Series Page
On the left side menu click the lightning bolt icon
Now click series under workflows
You are now on the launched series page. The settings will automatically show you the in progress series.
If you click the box that says "In Progress Series" you will be able to adjust your view.
When you have found a series that you would like to edit or cancel then simply hover your mouse over that contact/series and you will see two options on the right side: edit and an x.
Select which option you would like to complete edit the series or click the x to cancel it.
Confirm your selection.
