Uploading a Profile Photo in VipeCloud

Adding a profile photo helps personalize your account!

1. Log in to your VipeCloud account

2. Click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner

3. Select Settings

4. Click Basic Information

5. Locate your current profile image (or placeholder icon)

6. Click Select Files to Upload

7. Choose an image file from your computer

8. Adjust or crop the image if you want, click save when finished.

9. Click Upload to apply your changes

• Use a clear, professional headshot

• Make sure your face is centered and easy to see

• Square images (1:1 ratio) work best

• File types like JPG or PNG are supported
