Photo Deadline Reminders

Just a little reminder to please upload your photos and names to your Google Drive folder. We totally understand things can get busy, but not having the photos ready can be a bit challenging for us. We often find ourselves adding photos to recognition posts and newsletters after they've been published, which takes extra time and resources.

To keep everything running smoothly and avoid any extra fees, here's a quick guide on when to have your pictures uploaded.

NEWSLETTERS

  • 5th of each month

FACEBOOK & WEBSITE UPDATES

  • Star Winners - Last day of the quarter (15th of the month)

  • Company Monthly Contest Winners & Other Recognition - 
           1st day of each month

FACEBOOK EXTRA RECOGNITION (Silver Package)

  • Scheduled Extra Posts - Please upload photos by the evening before the  scheduled recognition day. (For example, if we check for New Consultants on Wednesdays, have their pictures uploaded by Tuesday evening.)   

  • Impromptu Extra Posts - Make sure the photo is uploaded before asking us 
       to post the recognition.


Side note on uploading photos - Please ensure there's only one photo per consultant to help us pick the right one for recognition. If we ever mix up the photos, just let us know and we'll fix it ASAP. We aim to get it right the first time, but appreciate your patience if we need to make corrections.
