Contact Not Receiving VipeCloud Text Messages
If a contact is not receiving text messages sent through VipeCloud, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to help identify the issue.
Step 1: Check If Your Number Is Blocked
Ask the contact to confirm that your texting number is not blocked on their phone.
It is common for numbers to be accidentally blocked without realizing it. If your number is blocked, they will not receive your messages.
They can check this in their phone’s blocked contacts or blocked numbers settings.
Step 2: Send a Direct Test Message
If your number is not blocked:
Log in to VipeCloud
Send the contact a direct text message (not an automation)
Ask them to confirm whether they receive it
This helps determine whether the issue is related to automated messaging or text delivery in general.

Whether your number was blocked
Whether they received the direct test message
