Add VipeCloud and PinkSuccess to Your Safe Senders List
Adding VipeCloud and PinkSuccess to your safe senders list ensures you receive important emails such as password resets, notifications, newsletters, and system alerts.
We recommend adding the following domains:
Adding the domain ensures all related emails are delivered properly.
Gmail Instructions
Log in to Gmail
Click the gear icon (top right)
Click See all settings
Select the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
Click Create a new filter
In the From field, enter:
Click Create filter
Check Never send it to Spam
Click Create filter to save
Repeat for:
These filters ensure emails are always delivered to your inbox.
Outlook.com / Hotmail Instructions
Log in to Outlook.com
Click the gear icon
Click Mail → Junk email
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add safe sender
Enter each domain:
Click Save
This prevents Outlook from marking these emails as junk.
Yahoo Mail Instructions
Log in to Yahoo Mail
Click the gear icon → More Settings
Click Filters
Click Add new filters
Name the filter (example: VipeCloud)
Set the rule:
From → contains → vipecloud.com
Repeat for:
Choose Inbox as the destination folder
Save
This ensures emails are delivered properly.
iCloud Mail Instructions
Log in to iCloud Mail
Click the gear icon → Preferences
Click the Rules tab
Click Add a Rule
Set condition:
If message is from → vipecloud.com
Set action:
Move to → Inbox
Save
Repeat for other domains
This ensures emails are never blocked.
Apple Mail Instructions (Mac)
Open Apple Mail
Click Mail → Preferences
Click Junk Mail
Add these domains to safe senders:
This prevents emails from being marked as junk.
Xfinity / Comcast Instructions
Log in to your Xfinity email
Click the gear icon → Email Settings
Go to Spam Filtering or Safe List
Add these domains:
Save
You should also mark any existing emails from these domains as Not Spam.
