How to Enable Persistent Notifications for the VipeCloud App

Text message replies from your contacts do not appear in your phone’s personal text message inbox. Instead, all responses are delivered through the VipeCloud app.

To ensure you do not miss any replies, you can enable persistent notifications on your device. Persistent notifications stay visible on your screen until you view or dismiss them, so you don’t have to continually open the app to check for new messages.

1. Open Settings

2. Tap Notifications

3. Scroll down and select VipeCloud

4. Under Alerts, make sure Banners is enabled

5. Tap Banner Style and select Persistent

   • This keeps notifications visible until you dismiss them

6. Enable Sounds and Badges if you would like additional notification reminders

Steps may vary slightly depending on your device model and Android version.

2. Tap Apps & notifications or Notifications

3. Select VipeCloud

4. Tap Notifications

5. Ensure notifications are set to Allowed

6. Enable options such as:

   • Pop-up on screen

   • Show as pop-up

   • Banners

   • or Persistent notifications

These settings allow notifications to remain visible until they are reviewed.

Enabling persistent notifications helps ensure you:

• See message replies immediately

• Respond to contacts promptly

• Avoid missing important conversations

All conversations can be viewed and managed inside the VipeCloud app under the Conversations section.
