How to Download and Access the VipeCloud Mobile App

The VipeCloud mobile app allows you to receive text message responses, manage conversations, and stay connected with your contacts from your phone. All incoming message replies are delivered within the VipeCloud app.

Once the app is installed:

1. Open the VipeCloud app

2. Enter your VipeCloud username and password

3. Tap Sign In

Use the same login credentials you use for your VipeCloud account on desktop.

To ensure you are alerted when contacts reply to your messages, enable notifications for the VipeCloud app in your phone’s settings.

This allows you to:

• Receive alerts when someone responds to your text

• Reply quickly to contacts

• Stay up to date on conversations

Text message responses will appear inside the VipeCloud app—not as regular text messages on your phone.

To view replies:

• Open the VipeCloud app

• Tap Conversations

• Select the contact to view and respond
