Where to Find Text Message Responses in VipeCloud

Text message replies from your contacts are delivered through the VipeCloud platform and are no longer sent as direct text notifications to your phone.

All incoming text responses can be viewed through the VipeCloud app or desktop platform. You will receive a notification within the VipeCloud app when someone replies to your message.

To access your messages, you must:

1. Download the VipeCloud mobile app

2. Sign in using your VipeCloud account credentials

3. Enable app notifications to be alerted when new messages arrive

Using the app ensures you can easily view, reply to, and manage conversations in one place.

You will receive a series of four onboarding emails containing setup instructions, tips, and training to help you get started with VipeCloud texting.
