Texting Credits and Auto-Reload: How It Works

Your texting subscription includes a set number of credits each month. These credits are used when sending text messages through your service.

If Auto-Reload is turned off and your credits are depleted, outgoing text messages will pause until additional credits are added to your account. This is especially important if you are sending messages to multiple recipients at once.

To help prevent interruptions, you will receive a notification when your balance falls below 100 credits so you can purchase more if needed.

Auto-Reload automatically adds additional texting credits to your account when your balance becomes low. This helps ensure your messages continue sending without interruption and eliminates the need to manually purchase credits.

Auto-Reload is optional but recommended for users who send texts frequently or in batches.

Your monthly texting subscription is billed by PinkSuccess and includes your base number of credits.

If Auto-Reload is enabled and additional credits are needed beyond your monthly allotment, those extra credits are billed directly by VipeCloud. These charges only apply when usage exceeds your included monthly credits.

If you regularly need additional credits, upgrading your monthly texting subscription may be more cost-effective than purchasing extra credits as needed. Upgraded plans include more credits upfront and can help reduce the need for Auto-Reload charges.
